Payment Via Shopify Payments or PayPal

You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online using Shopify Payments or Paypayl which are 100% secure, we have the ability to accept all major payment types. 

UK DELIVERY

Standard (2-3 Days) Express (1-2 Days)
 Under 2kg £3.95 - Royal Mail 48 £4.95 - Royal Mail 24
2kg - 5kg

 

 £5.95 - DPD
5kg + £8.95 - Fedex
Orders over £50 Free

 

Orders 0-2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 Service which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Comprehensive tracking details are not available 

 

If you wish for Next Day Delivery please select this at the checkout. The cost for this is £4.95 and will deliver next date on any orders placed before 12pm 

Orders over 2kg will be delivered by either DPD or FedEx within 1-2 working days.

Monday - Friday (GMT)

  • All items ordered before 12pm will be despatched same day
  • All items ordered on a Friday after 12pm will be despatched the following working day* 
  • All items ordered where 24hr Delivery is requested, must be ordered before 12pm in order to receive next day delivery*.

Weekends (GMT)

  • All items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday*. 

*Excluding Bank Holidays, in which case it will be the next working day)

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or being delivered to the wrong address. 

All orders are despatched via Courier and are tracked for your added security.

 

Returned to Sender

The Clay Cloth Company reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel. If our Courier attempts delivery and the parcel cannot be delivered, a reattempt will take place. Following a further reattempt, the parcel will be destroyed. The Clay Cloth Company will not be responsible for destroyed parcels where the customer is not available to accept the parcel.

Postal Addresses

Delivery addresses MUST be registered with Royal Mail, DPD and/or Fedex This is easily checked by visiting their websites. Parcels WILL NOT be delivered if the postcode within the address does not appear in the available addresses when we book delivery.
 

European & International

The Clay Cloth Company will ship internationally to many countries in Europe and the Rest of the World. Please ensure you have selected the correct country at Checkout. In some cases, depending on weight, your parcel may be shipped International Economy which can take 6-8 weeks. If you would like it sooner, please contact us so we can arrange a faster service and recover the additional funds to cover that faster service.

You will receive an email from us when your item(s) have been shipped. If you are in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to check on the status of your order.
