Cancellations | Returns


If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us please use our Contact Us page. We can cancel the order at any time so long as the goods haven’t been dispatched.

Your right to cancel.  Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.


In the event that your order has been dispatched, then you can return the goods within 14 days. The goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the goods we will authorise a refund if all in good order.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage. 

Damaged Items 

In the event you received damaged items, you are to provide photographic evidence to prove the damage has occurred before we replace the items or refund the original purchase. Photographic evidence is to be emailed to us at: [email protected] Following contact to ourselves, we will provide further guidance as per our Terms & Conditions.

Your right to a refund

You should get a refund within 14 days of us getting the goods back. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary; the extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop)
